Fairseat Foundation is a non-profit making organisation started by deed of trust in 1989. Its main purpose is to operate a retirement facility of the same name. An elected Board of Directors oversees all aspects of operations on a voluntary basis, while day-to-day tasks are carried out by on-site live-in management.
