WHO WE ARE

Fairseat Foundation is a gated retirement community located a few miles outside Nairobi in Rosslyn Lone Tree Estate. Up to 30 residents can be accommodated within five acres of secure, serene, beautifully landscaped grounds.

Fairseat caters to those who do not require full-time medical attention.  Residents retain privacy and independence; limited nursing care is provided and immediate help is always available. Fairseat is not a hospital or nursing home.  Applicants are required to have a medical examination before acceptance into the community.
